1. Who we are and scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Bp Brand Corp (“Bp Brand Corp”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit www.bpbrandcorp.com (the “Site”), contact us, or engage our services (the “Services”). Bp Brand Corp is based in Houston, Texas, United States.
If you are a client, your engagement letter or service agreement may contain additional confidentiality terms; where they are more protective, they prevail over this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact information: name, company name, email address, phone number and any message you send by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Business and financial information: financial statements, bank and credit card statements, accounting records, payroll summaries, tax documents, budgets and other records you share with us to perform the Services, including access to your accounting software (such as QuickBooks).
- Ecommerce and sourcing information: product specifications, store credentials or collaborator access, supplier requirements and shipping details needed for Shopify or import/export projects.
- Billing information: billing name, address and payment details. Card and bank account numbers are entered directly with our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: when you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and date and time of access.
- Cookies: the Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering those files. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide proposals.
- To perform the Services you engage us for, including bookkeeping, financial analysis, financial reviews, Fractional CFO work, business consulting, supplier sourcing and Shopify store development.

- To maintain the security and proper operation of the Site and our systems.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, tax and accounting obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use client financial data for advertising.
4. How we share information
We disclose personal information only as needed to operate our business and provide the Services, to the following categories of recipients:

5. Security practices
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal and financial information, including:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) on the Site and for file transfers.
- Multi-factor authentication on email, cloud storage and accounting systems where available.
- Least-privilege access: client files and software access are limited to personnel working on the engagement.
- Use of collaborator or accountant access (rather than shared passwords) for client QuickBooks and Shopify accounts whenever the platform allows it.
- Payment card data handled by PCI DSS–compliant payment processors, not stored by us.
- Prompt removal of our access to client systems when an engagement ends.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law, including the Texas Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for the periods required by tax, accounting and legal obligations. Engagement records and work papers are generally retained for up to seven (7) years after the engagement ends, after which they are securely deleted unless a longer period is legally required.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and other U.S. state privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Obtain a copy of your information in a portable format.

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or in other countries where our service providers or, for sourcing projects, suppliers are located. When we send information abroad, we limit it to what is necessary for the requested task.
